For overseas warranty claims, it may be possible to arrange a repair through a local Bang & Olufsen service centre. A report must first be obtained and submitted for validation and approval. Where approved, we will cover repair costs up to the value quoted by our UK repair centre.
If you purchased an item on our website, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return it for an exchange or refund. Items must be returned in an unused condition.
